When attempting to connect : error of <ERREUR No Data received = "0"/>.
The Picoscan is reachable through its web interface but does not connect and provide this following error
error of <ERREUR No Data received = "0"/>.
Also please note that if you change the picoscan password on the web interface, you need to also change it on Augmenta side.
In some cases it has been reported that there might be a difficulty to connect with the picoscan due to password levels, here is how to troubleshoot it- Turn off all “active user levels”, then save
- Turn on all “active user levels”, then save
