Sometimes you need to have access remotely directly to the machine, and not just to the web interface. We advise to be very cautious if you need to install some additional software to the server, since it potentially bring unstability if not done correctly.
Here are some instructions about how to install your own remote access tool on the server.
This example is showing Rustdeck and Teamviewer as an example, you can install your own if preffered.
We recommend Rustdeck over Teamviewer for stability if you don’t have a specific paid plan.
